Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring a Fox Valley SHRM Chapter meeting provides an exceptional opportunity to showcase your company to 300+ active members through our email communications, website exposure, and direct access to the 75 - 100 meeting attendees. The new sponsorship packages introduced in 2010, translates into an increased customer base and patronage for your company, which in turn translates into greater financial success.
Your company is also supporting a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful programming and opportunities for Human Resource professionals, students, and business leaders in the Fox Valley area. The Fox Valley Chapter SHRM hosts the majority of its meetings at either Liberty Hall in Kimberly, WI or the Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI.
Benefits of sponsorship include:
- The opportunity to address meeting attendees and introduce your company and its services;
- Placement of your company logo on the chapter’s website, with a direct link to your organization’s website;
- Your company logo and representative names on display at the event’s registration table;
- A dedicated table to display your company's information and any promotional materials for take-away.
- The option to collect contact business cards from meeting attendees and hold a raffle/drawing;
- The opportunity to network with meeting attendees;
- Two invitations to attend the meeting, most of which are HRCI-credit certified.
The cost to sponsor a meeting ranges from $200 to $700 depending upon the level of exposure required. Cost detail is provided through the new sponsorship packages introduced in 2010

Gina will work with you to understand the needs and interests of your organization, and recommend the various options that best meet your needs. Once your sponsorship is confirmed, you will be asked for your logo in .jpg or .gif form, the representatives who will be attending the chapter event, and your company website address.
