Nykki Milhaupt – President
Nykki Milhaupt, currently serving as the FVSHRM President brings more than 10 years of experience across the spectrum of HR operations with a stubstantial focus in the areas of compensation design and operations. Nykki graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UW – Madison (Go Badgers) and received her MBA from Edgewood College in Madison.
Nykki currently works with the BizOps team at CliftonLarsonAllen as a Compensation Consultant. In her role she fulfills the compensation needs for CLA clients nationwide.
Nykki is passionate about serving her local communities, getting involved and making an impact wherever and whenever she can.
Kortney Jenks – Secretary
Kortney has been in the Human Resources field for 7 years in a variety of industries and Human Resource functions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Kortney received her SHRM-CP certification in December 2016.
Kortney currently works at the City of Oshkosh in Oshkosh, WI as their HR Generalist. In her role she supports recruiting, wellness, training and strategic planning. Kortney strives to continue her learning and growth in the HR Profession. She is excited to bring her experience and previous secretarial experience to the FVSHRM Board.
Cassie Krause - VP of Membership
Cassie Krause, PHR, SHRM-CP has been in the Human Resources field for over 14 years in a variety of industries and Human Resource functions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Cassie received her PHR certification in May of 2007 and her SHRM-CP certification in January 2015.
Cassie currently works at Carew Concrete & Supply Co., Inc in Appleton, WI as their Director of Human Resources & Safety. In her role she supports all functions of Human Resources, Benefits, Safety, Wellness and Environmental. Cassie enjoys making valuable contributions to FVSHRM Board and being a strategic partner in promoting membership growth for the Board and Chapter. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending quality time making memories with her family doing things they love such as vacationing, boating, and skiing.
Will Robinson – VP of Marketing and Public Relations
During his 10+ years in the HR field, Will Robinson has been involved in a variety of areas including talent acquisition and retention, compliance, employee benefits and wellness programming. Will understands the importance of and has a passion for continuous improvement and evolution in the field of HR. Since receiving his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University, Will has worked for and developed key relationships within a broad range of organizations from small privately-held companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
Will currently works at Forsite Benefits in Green Bay, WI as their Business Development Manager. In his role, Will helps Wisconsin Business Leaders proactively leverage technology to drive workforce health and create a more positive benefits experience for their employees. Will believes that leading the marketing/PR efforts for FVSHRM is a great way to leverage his network, skills and experience to continue to drive awareness, growth and strategic objectives of the Fox Valley chapter.
Jason Kanable – VP of Workforce Readiness
ason Kanable SHRM-CP, PHR has worked in the Human Resources field for over 16 years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jason currently works as the recruiter for Outlook Group in Neenah, and loves the community outreach aspects of his role with Fox Valley SHRM
Jonathon Eiden – VP of Legislation
Jonathon is currently working with Von Briesen and Roper as an Attorney working on Labor and Employment law. Jon earned his Doctorate from UW Madison in 2010 and has been practicing law in the Valley since he moved here about 6 years ago. Jon is excited to welcome the opportunity to contribute to the education of HR Professionals here in the Fox Valley while staying up to date on all issues related to HR.
Rebecca Kellner – President Elect
Rebecca Kellner, JD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR presently serves as Compliance Officer and Senior HR Consultant at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting, where she assists employers in HR advice and compliance, as well as assisting clients in creating compliant benefit solutions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. Rebecca obtained her SPHR in December, 2012, and her SHRM-SCP in January, 2015. Prior to her current role, Rebecca defended employers in employment litigation and workers’ compensation matters, as well as spending time during law school in a plaintiff’s employment law firm and a semester interning with EEOC. She is passionate about learning, making HR compliance approachable, and ensuring members of FV SHRM have an opportunity to speak up about pending laws and regulations impacting their workplaces.
Angela Murray – Treasurer
Angela has been in the Human Resources field for 13 years in a variety of industries and Human Resource functions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Angela received her PHR certification in June of 2014 and her SHRM-CP certification in January 2015.Angela currently works at Bergstrom Automotive in Neenah, WI as their Benefits Manager. In her role she supports benefits, wellness, and leave administration for 1,6000 Team Members.
Angela is dedicated to continual learning and growth in the HR profession and enjoys making valuable contributions to FVSHRM Board and being a strategic partner in the continued improvement of the financial process for the Board and Chapter
Michelle Farr - VP of College Relations
Michelle Farr, PHR has worked in the human resources field for 4 years and has 4 years of internship experience. She graduated with a Bachelors in Human Resources Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Her PHR was obtained in December 2015. Michelle is currently employed with Plexus Corp. as an Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Plexus, Michelle was a Human Resources Business Partner at EAA.
Michelle is very passionate about HR, developing the next generation of HR professionals and community involvement.
Elaine Ruh – VP of Electronic Communications
Elaine has been in the Human Resources field for 10 nine years in a variety of industries and functions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the College of Business at UW Oshkosh in May 2008. She also earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Concordia University in 2016. She earned her PHR in 2013 and SHRM-CP in 2015.
Currently, Elaine works at Heartland Technology Group as a SR HR Generalist, taking care of benefits, FMLA, 401k, and general HR functions.
Lindsey Dix – VP of Professional Development
Lindsey has been in the HR field for over 13 years in a variety of different roles including recruit and general HR functions. Her current position is with The H.S. Group as the Senior Recruiter and HR Consultant. Lindsey has her Associates degree from Fox Valley Technical college in Hospitality Management has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications while leading our professional development for our Chapter.
Mark James – VP of Programming
Mark is currently working with Security Luebke Roofing as an the Safety Director/HR Manager/Fleet Manager.
